Privacy policy

Updated 25 October 2026

These DeskKit web tools process images and text in your browser. Files entered into these tools are not uploaded to our servers. Closing or reloading the page clears the active workspace.

Our hosting provider may process routine access logs such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the website. This website includes Google AdSense code. Google and its partners may process advertising-related data and use cookies or similar technology according to their policies and applicable consent requirements. Installing this code does not mean the website is approved to display ads. DeskKit does not have an account system.

When you choose Share, your device may pass the exported file to the app you select. That app has its own privacy policy. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.

This policy covers this website. Android features and third-party SDKs have separate disclosures in the app. Review them before using those features.

Google advertising

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google advertising controls. Your selected tool files are not intentionally uploaded by the DeskKit tool implementation. Advertising requests are separate from that processing.

Optional server PDF processing

Browser PDF operations and exam-image editing run locally. Protect, unlock, Office conversion, PDF-to-Word text, PDF-to-PowerPoint and structural rewrite use the AK Software Labs VPS only after you select the server-processing consent checkbox. The document and, where needed, its password are transmitted over HTTPS for the requested operation. Processing files are held in a temporary directory and removed when processing completes or fails. The result is returned to your browser. The service does not intentionally save document contents or passwords in application logs; routine web-server request metadata may be logged. Avoid using highly sensitive documents on shared devices. The site may use Google advertising services as described above.
