Reference and application checks

2026 bulletin requests both scanned photograph and live photo capture. JPEG photo and signature requirements differ; use the proper document tab.

The file check verifies this editor’s chosen pixel dimensions and byte range. It does not determine eligibility, identify a person, alter a face, or guarantee that an application portal will accept an image. Use a genuine recent photo and your own signature.
